This is our TOTAL PROJECT DELIVERY SYSTEM (TPDS)  It is a method to deliver a project in which the Design, Fitout, Procurement and FFE are contracted by REN acting as a single entity.

In contrast to "design–bid–build" (or "design–tender"),  our design–build emphasizes on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of your project.

One of the major benefits is that this speeds the entire process and reduces both the amount of time you have to wait for your completion,and can also reduce the overall cost. This, plus constant coordination, (internal and external) & continuous information flows between our client, all our divisions, suppliers and trades makes prompt corrective/preventive action effectively implemented throughout the process. Our information sharing based systems successfully mitigate potential errors which otherwise may cost time and money.
