In the odd case that you do not love your Ren products, here is our policy on returns:
1. Eligible products can only be returned within 10 days after the delivery date. You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Info section of the product page.
2. Not all products are eligible for returns, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
3. The Ren Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship back the products to our location in Mumbai, India.
4. Once returns are received by us and clear quality checks, you will receive your refund within 15 working days by cheque or NEFT to the original paying account A 10% re-stocking fee will be applicable for all items
5. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo and receipt for the damaged product no later than 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement

7. All Custom Duties levied for the return of the product will be borne by the customer.
8. All returns are subject to the discretion of Ren. But we're a very fair group!
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
